Yikes! It's been a month since I last wrote here, it makes me worry I might end up abandoning this blog since high school has come around.
I didn't write an entry for Zankyou no Terror, but it's really great in the beginning though it does get weaker by the final episode.
We're two-thirds into the season already! Wow! Doesn't really matter when I write about it but I'll do it now.
No pictures...I'm quite lazy to take like 5 minutes and screencap some pictures so no pictures.
This season I only took up 4 series under my wing, this totals to 5 including the leftover of Sailor Moon Crystal.
Donten ni Warau - It seemed really interesting and I thought the character designs were pretty neat. I put it in my list since the original manga seems to be quite popular. The first few episodes were pretty enjoyable and fun, but right now I feel the show has lost some kind of glimmer because of its melodrama.
Magic Kaito 1412 - I have no idea about the whole Detective Conan continuum so I can't really immerse myself in this show very much. Either way, it is better than decent. It feels fresh and the presentation makes it fun to look at. The way the noses in the side-view are drawn is kinda funny, but it adds a bit of distinct recognition in the art style.
Sanzoku no Musume Ronja -This show is a little underrated in my opinion. It's like the sweetest show ever! The 3D CGI isn't that bad really, and the movement of the characters is actually realistic. And it has the whole-heartedness of Studio Ghibli!
Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso - The darling of the fall anime season. Not a bad thing at all! The art is vibrant and beautiful, and the writing is so lovely. If you don't have it in your list yet, DO IT NOW!
...and there we have the fall contenders in my anime season. It isn't as hectic as last year's fall, but admittedly it isn't very ULTRA-AWESOME either. But they're not that bad! Don't fret.
And did you guys know how much anime is in Netflix now? I'm totally mind-blown! I used to avoid watching anime in Netflix since I believed the audio was just dubs, not the original Japanese voices (yeah, I'm quite a purist). Well, right now I've decided to start watching Princess Jellyfish.
Well, then...
