Really liked it and it's quite conventional.
For the burger, I kinda followed the Oklahoma Onion Burger style by cooking the onions while cooking the burger. You can probably use any kind of burger. Be careful to not burn the onions.
For the gravy, I sweated out finely chopped mushrooms in olive oil and added Costco gravy (for their fries and the like) and thinned it out slightly with milk (about 1/3 cup).
Arrange with piling the burger with the onions on the plate of rice, then ladled gravy on the burger and finally, a fried egg on top. Preferably with a bit golden brown crust.
I think the onions made it all the more tasty!
