Chicken Instant Noodles!

Yuuh, the brand today is Nissin Hong Kong. I really like the thin noodles!


So, I arrange everything except the sesame oil included in the pack before turning heat on the stove.

There's green onions, shrimps, quartered fish cake balls and mushrooms cut like that for absorbing the broth.

And I pour in the 2 cups of water...


Turn to high heat and wait for a few minutes


While waiting, I peel and slice a soft-boiled egg in half. I really like the golden colour!


It was good, the shrimp was cooked just right and the mushrooms' texture were nice.
