I've decided that I would post recipes in this blog. I'm no chef but it's fun to cook uncomplicated and tasty stuff!
Today, I want to share a basic fried rice recipe that is tasty. You could eat by itself but I recommend you to just use it as a base. I'm planning on posting 3 other fried rice recipes that uses this recipe as a basis. The recipes I will post will usually feed 1-2 people.

Fried rice recipe
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
1/4 onion, chopped
1 beaten egg
1 cup cooked rice
2 tsp sesame oil
1 green onion, chopped (garnish)
1. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
2. Add garlic in the pan and stir fry until aromatic. Add the ginger and stir together.
3. Add onion. When all ingredients are aromatic, add the beaten egg. When the edges in the egg are beginning to cook, add in the rice and mix thoroughly.
4. Serve with your favourite side dish and enjoy!
You can tweak the ingredients to your liking. Add in your favourite ingredients in between the steps!
