Spring 2013 Anime

Okay, I broke my promise! At least I'm posting it in the weekend (lol). Anyway, next week my spring 2013 watchlist will be over and I'd like to share you what I'm watching.

Haiyore! Nyaruko-san W

Last year in spring, I finally decided to following seasonal anime consistently. Along with Sankarea, I started following Haiyore! Nyaruko-san. It has really good art and it's very funny! There are a few references I would watch at times, too. I like Nyaruko's voice too. Lots and lots of Kamen Rider references for enthusiasts. I also use this ref guide

Hentai Ouji to Warawanai Neko

Since 2010, I've been quite a fan of the moe genre. Although as I read more books and watch more anime, I realize that a good story cannot be done chock-full of cliches. At least this anime is one of those who usually stands out. The character designs of Kantoku are pretty and J.C. STAFF successfully put it out in animated form. This story is good for moe enthusiasts and it has a bit of cliche here and there but the plot, characters and eye-candy could keep you interested. Oh, and the OP and ED themes are addictive!

Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai.

I've been waiting 2 years for this! Very nice art and interesting characters gives for good fun! Obviously the reason I watched this is because of Kirino (tsundere) and the otaku culture being a big topic! I always enjoy the first season's episodes and I always look forward to each episode every week! I also love the fact that clariS is singing the OP theme again!

RDG: Red Data Girl

This and Sasami@Ganbaranai are the only series that I have watched with Japanese folklore as central topic. I really like this anime because they leave you interested for the next episode in my opinion. The fact that the characters' attitude don't exactly exaggerate makes it pretty realistic. I think it's very lovely! I actually picked this anime because of Saori Hayami and P.A. WORKS!

 Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Come wa Machigatteiru.

It's quite different from Haganai, where the main character does want friends and in this anime, the main character doesn't care if he doesn't have friends. It has a typical to-the-rescue group but it makes it unique and has good character progress. It really does paint in the details of each character's emotions and their attitude. This anime has three main characters; all quite different but in a way, are loners. The humor is very satirical.

You know, my writing sounds even more serious than I thought! I like all the anime I'm following right now and they all have pretty art! Looking forward for Summer 2013!
