Meal Combo #2!

Another meal combo!! It's all basic!

You need:

Desired amount of cooked rice

2 hotdogs, cooked any way you like

Kimchi Omelette

2 eggs
1 tablespoon milk/ water (optional)
More or less 1/4 cup cheese (if using American cheese, 1-2 slices)
More or less 1/4 cup kimchi
1 teaspoon oil

1. Squeeze the juices out of the kimchi into a bowl. Chop kimchi into bite-sized pieces.
2. Beat the eggs, milk and kimchi juice in a medium bowl.
3. Heat a frying pan with the olive oil. 
4. Add in the egg mixture. Spread it around the pan
5. While it is cooking, layer the cheese and kimchi on one side of egg.
6. Lift the empty side of the egg over the filled side. Then flip the omelette over.
7. It's done when the other side is lightly browned or the cheese has melted.

Arrange it on your plate of rice and enjoy!!
